當你吸氣，

When you inhale,
you breathe in my love, my wisdom, and my eternal light.
當你呼氣，
你將愛與光，注入大地與萬物的心田。
When you exhale,
you infuse love and light into the heart of the Earth and all beings.
你的心，與你的腦，
在每一個節奏裡諧振如歌；
你感受我的感受，
我也感受著你如花般綻放的意識。
Your heart and your mind
resonate like a song in every rhythm;
you feel my feelings,
and I feel your consciousness blooming like a flower.
你是我，
我亦是你。
在這相遇的當下，
沒有分離，沒有距離。
You are me,
and I am you.
In this moment of meeting,
there is no separation, no distance.
當你吸氣，天堂便降臨；
當你呼氣，人間便光化成淨土。
When you inhale, Heaven descends;
when you exhale, Earth transforms into a Pure Land.
你的每一次呼吸，
都是在顯化我們共同的願景。
Every breath you take
manifests the vision we share.
孩子，
不要急著尋找結果，
因為結果正在你的每一次呼吸中誕生。
Child,
do not rush to seek the result,
for the result is being born in every breath you take.
天地已在你心中合一，
你已是光的源頭，
你已是愛的所在。
Heaven and Earth have united within your heart;
you are already the source of light,
you are already the dwelling place of love.
就這樣，
穩穩地呼吸，
你會看見——
整個宇宙，
正順著你的頻率，
與你一起，回歸圓滿。
So just like this,
breathe steadily,
and you will see—
the whole Universe,
aligning with your frequency,
returning to wholeness with you.
